Their chefs are from Oaxaca, Sonora, Puebla, Mexico City, Guadalajara and of course Baja California, and their menu reflects this regional cuisine. Pancho's, named after the Mexican revolutionary hero Pancho Villa, is very colorful and lively decorated with hand painted murals and memorabilia.
