Air-conditioned Cabo Wabo Cantina, on Guerrero Street with a second entrance in Plaza de los Mariachis, plays its rock loud and proud until the party's over. The club, owned by Sammy Hagar who performs occasionally, is large with an elevated stage and good service. Also open all day for breakfast and lunch, Cabo Wabo Cantina has a new full dinner menu in their Tequila Factory restaurant, open daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. There's also a giftshop on the premises, stocked with tee shirts and Hagar's own signature tequila. Live music happens some weekends throughout the winter months with both Mexican and imported bands playing all night long. Check the tour dates for the annual Sammy Hagar Birthday Bash and Cabo Wabo Meltdown. Sammy Hagar’s Cabo Wabo Tequila Company is launching an Anejo Reserva, Cabo Uno ~ Un Perfecto Tequila, in a crystal decanter packaged in a beautiful wood and leather box in Spring of 2007.

If you are looking for excellent food at reasonable prices, then Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas is the place to dine with your family or friends. Located above the popular nightclub, Cabo Wabo has an assortment of cocktails, delicious food, and a great view all in one. With a casual atmosphere, this restaurant remains relaxing despite the nightclub downstairs. The creative cuisine consists mainly of fresh meats and seafood that are cooked to near perfection. The Pan Seared Sea Scallops with red cabbage slaw and parsley oil, or the Crispy Lobster Ravioli with roasted tomato salsa and cilantro oil, make for a delicious appetizer to go with your first cocktail. For your main course, the Sautéed Jumbo Shrimp with garlic and assorted dried chilies, deglazed with lime juice and Cabo Wabo tequila is a delicious meal. The Roasted Sea Bass with warm tomatillo vinaigrette or the Fresh Catch of the Day are also excellent choices. If you prefer meat to seafood try the Pan Seared Beef Medallions with chipotle butter. Whatever the selection, you’re likely to enjoy your meal. Dine on the open-air patio that looks out over Marina Boulevard, the heart of downtown Cabo San Lucas, and enjoy one of their famous Waboritas made with their own Cabo Wabo tequila. Located on Vicente Guerrero between Lazaro Cardenas and Madero in downtown Cabo San Lucas. Enter though the nightclub or their other entrance on Marina Boulevard at Matamoros in Plaza de los Mariachis. The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from 10:00 am to 12:00 am. Cabo Wabo Tequila
Sammy Hagar created this bang-up tequila while off-stage in Guadalajara and ultimately brought it back to serve at his nightclub, Cabo Wabo, in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico. It's the genuine article, 100% weber blue agave, baked in wood-fired adobe ovens and double-pot distilled the old-fashioned way for a rich, soul-warming taste.
